Ord and Yale Street Park Expansion

We designed a shade structure for a new urban park—Alpine Recreation Center—on a vacant, blighted hillside, adjacent to Los Angeles’ Chinatown Branch Library. Due to an extremely steep site configuration, the canopy will be the most visible and predominant feature of the newly expanded park.

We are providing architectural and ADA design support for AHBE | MIG, the prime consultant on the project.
